Owl Pictures has been working on genre films since 2018, starting with Bifan Naff, and has participated in Cannes Market Fantastic 7, HAF and Sitges Fanpitch. Dreaming of becoming Korea's A24, the company is currently casting feature films, including horror, comedy and psychological thriller, as well as planning and developing an occult investigation OTT series and a number of genre films.

The feature film Superpower Girl project, which developed from the short film Superpower Girl, received attention at major international film festivals, and entered the 'Fantastic 7 of the Marché du Film in 2019 by BIFAN selection. In addition, the feature film project The Nurse was officially selected for the 2020 HAF(Hong Kong Asian Film Financing Forum Award) and is currently investing is going on with a lead cast in hand. Directed the official trailer for the 24th BIFAN in 2020. A new feature film project, Reboot, was officially selected for the 2022 BIFAN NAFF and won the Sitges Fanpitch Award and was e-booked as a sci-fi novel in 2024.

Majored in film directing in the U.S, and participated as a PM in a Korea-Japan collaborative film <K.T>, a Producer of <Beastie Boys> (2008). Produced several independent films and is planning and developing films and series of various genres. Is working as an adjunct professor in the scenario major at Chung-Ang University's Department of Creative Writing, and planned and developed The Nurse as a producer that was selected as the 2020 HAF.
